City man facing slew of drug charges after foot chase
In a report issued Thursday, Zacre T. Jasinski is facing third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance felony charges as well as resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana charges after officers became aware of a suspicious situation between Antelope and Gazelle streets earlier this week.
Upon investigation, a city officer observed a strong odor of marijuana coming from a parked vehicle. The officer attempted to interview Jasinski, who then exited the vehicle and attempted to flee. After a brief chase, Jasinski was nabbed and found to be in possession of 13 baggies of marijuana and 13 baggies of cocaine.
Jasinski was arraigned by Judge Walter Drag after being charged on Sunday.

Gary T. Ortolano, 51, of Eagle Street was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument on April 24 on a warrant.
Walter A. Montanez, 42, of East Main Street was charged with having an expired registration and unlicensed operation on April 26.
Stephanie M. Bona, 23, of Cheektowaga was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right on April 26.
Fernando Martinez Jr., 22, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief on April 26.
Zachary C. Tyler, 17, of Eagle Street was charged with petit larceny on April 26.
Katherine M. Husted, 19, of Alumni Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on April 27.
Chelsea M. Sutterlin, 19, of Alumni Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on April 27.
James Privateer, 25, of Forest Place was charged with violating the sewer ordinance on April 27.
Nathan Jaynes, 29, of Lamberton Road was charged with having an open container on April 28.
Michael Grant, 43, of Eagle Street was charged with fourth-degree stalking and criminal contempt on April 28.
Michelle K. Diraimo, 21, of Webster was charged with disorderly conduct on April 28.
Leonard P. Pegelow, 56, of Forestville was charged with third-degree assault on April 29.
Justyn J. Vara, 22, of Silver Creek was charged with three counts of possession of a forged instrument on April 29.
Christin Tibbetts, 21, of Wisteria Drive was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment on April 29.
Nicholas Batizy, 27, of Erie, Pa. was charged with speeding, failure to comply with a traffic device and unlawful possession of marijuana on April 30.
Lewis Campbell Jr., 33, of Harmon Hill Road was charged with failure to keep right, crossing the hazard markings and driving while intoxicated on May 2.

Alyssa Breighner, 25, of Parkway, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
Shawn Hurley, 29, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty to unlicensed operation and was fined $160.
Amanda Jose, 30, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and was fined $305.
J. Morales-Marrero, 25, of Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to unlicensed operation and was fined $160.
Silver Creek Village Court
Michael Munson, 52, of Dunkirk, was convicted of driving while intoxicated and will be sentenced on June 5.
Michael S. Musilli, 23, of Central Avenue, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to three counts of petit larceny and will be sentenced June 5.
A 16-year-old Silver Creek boy pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. He will be sentenced in November.
Jose Pratts, 27, of Fredonia, pleaded guilty to unlicensed operation and was fined $160.
Sara Ramsdell, 27, of Monroe Street, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $225.
A 17-year-old boy from Maple Place, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon and received a one-year conditional discharge.
Justyn J. Vara, 21, of Fenner Street, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and will be sentenced July 3.
