JAMESTOWN - The Master Gardener Program of Chautauqua County will hold its 3rd Annual Plant Sale and Expo Saturday in the Big Barn at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Frank Bratt Ag Center. The Center is located on Turner Road off Route 60. The sale will begin at 9 a.m. with no early sales and it will end at noon. Cash or check only.
"We will have tried and true perennials, annuals, herbs and shrubs from the Master Gardeners' gardens and our MG volunteers will be available to answer questions," said Betsy Burgeson, Director of the MG Program.
In addition to the plants, there will be handcrafted Mother's Day gardening gifts and rain barrels available for sale.
"Kids enjoy gardening, too, so bring the whole family," Burgeson added. "It's the perfect time to get excited about the garden season and a great way to help us raise funds to keep our program going strong."
