Megan Bleck shot a 49 Tuesday to take medalist honors in leading the Fredonia Lady Hillbillies (6-4) past the Dunkirk Lady Marauders, 40-15, at Shorewood Country Club in CCAA Division 1 high school golf.
It was the first time this season Bleck broke the 50 barrier.
"We had some real nice moments," Fredonia coach Alex Conti said. "She literally had a half-inch tap in for par on the par-3. She is really coming into her own and finding her swing and doing a nice job."
Marina Kessler finished with a 55 while Anna Austin and Aleah McAfee each shot a 59.
"Aleah really did a great job," Conti noted. "She broke 60 for the first time. Every match she seems to be getting better and better."
Julie Kowal added a 50 and Maggie Militello had a 70 for the winners.
For Dunkirk, Brianna Leber had a 76 and Miranda Owen finished with an 83.
