The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force has arrested another man following an investigation into the sale of narcotics in the area.
Michael T. Gibson, 34, of Buffalo was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance Monday on a warrant stemming from the Chautauqua County Court.
The warrant was issued as a result of a secret Chautauqua County Court Grand Jury based on information presented by the County District Attorney from the STRDTF.
It is alleged Gibson sold quantities of crack cocaine to agents of the task force in the city of Dunkirk.
Gibson is currently being held on other charges at the county jail and will be arraigned in county court.

ELLICOTT - On May 7, Nicole Parson, 25, of Kiantone Road in Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
At about 1:10 a.m., sheriff's deputies were checking a suspicious vehicle on Gerry-Levant Road. Parson, the operator of the vehicle, was found to have had her driving privileges revoked for an alcohol-related incident. In addition, officers report that a small quantity of marijuana and an open container of alcohol were found in her car.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA - On Saturday, Kimberly L. Ferguson, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, and speed in zone.
At about 2:50 a.m., sheriff's deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 430 for a speeding violation. Ferguson, the operator of the vehicle, was reportedly intoxicated.
She will answer the charges at a later date in the Town of Chautauqua Court.
