The Westfield Police and Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department were called Wednesday to an alleged domestic dispute on Locust Drive. Upon arrival around 7 a.m., officers could see extensive damage to a car. After a short investigation it was alleged Brenda L. Horr, 33, of Westfield, damaged her husband's vehicle by smashing the hood and roof with a rock, scratching the sides and jumping on the roof. Horr was located a short time later and was taken into custody on the charge of third-degree criminal mischief. She was arraigned in the Westfield Town Court and was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 cash and $2,000 property bail. She will appear back in court at a later date.
