Time Change for Section 6 Class D Softball Title Game
The Section 6 Class D softball title game, originally scheduled for 4 p.m. today at the Martin Road Athletic Complex in Jamestown, has been moved to 5 p.m.
Westfield Golden Hawk Midget Football League Registration
Registration for the Westfield Golden Hawk Midget Football League will be held on June 5, in the Westfield Academy and Central School LGI Room, from 6-8 p.m., and on June 13, in the Westfield Academy and Central School cafeteria, 6-8 pm.
Interested players must be no older than 13 by Aug. 1, or no younger than and nine years old by Dec. 1.
Registration is $50 and tickets are $100, which is due at registration.

The 7th Annual Fundamental
The Seventh Annual Fundamental Football Camp has been scheduled for July 15-18 at the Chautauqua Lake Central School football facility.
The camp is open to all area football players entering grades 3 through 8 and will run from 8:30 am until noon, daily.
The camp will feature non-contact technique training designed to improve athletes at beginning, intermediate, or advanced skill levels. Campers will receive position instruction, speed and agility training, and offensive/defensive team work. An emphasis will be placed on sportsmanship and teamwork.
Camp tuition is $95 for the week and scholarships are available for anyone with financial need. Mary Ellen Benamati Memorial Scramble
Green Meadows Golf Course is proud to announce the Mary Ellen Benamati Memorial Scramble will be held on Sunday, July 28. The proceeds for the event, which will begin with a 9 a.m. shotgun-start, will go to the Mary Ellen Benamati Memorial Scholarship Fund. The cost for the event will be $240 per foursome and will include golf, a cart, range balls, prizes, soft drinks, hot dogs, snacks and a buffet lunch. Men's, women's and mixed teams are all welcome.
The cutoff date for entry is July 18, with the scramble being capped at 120 golfers. Entry forms are available at Green Meadows Golf Course, which is located in North East, Pa., or at Pinehurst Golf Course in Westfield.

Gowanda Men's Softball Tourney
Set For June 8

Fredonia Boys Basketball Camp
The Fredonia Central School Boys Basketball Camp will be held Friday, June 28 and Monday, July 1 through Wednesday, July 3, at the Fredonia High School and Middle School gymnasiums from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Cost for the camp is $90, or $75 if paid by June 7. The camp is open to boys entering grades 3 through 12. All campers will receive a T-shirt.
Each athlete is expected to arrive between 9 and 9:30 a.m. The camp will start promptly at 9:30 a.m. Participants are expected to bring their own lunch.

Fredonia Girls Basketball Camp
Fredonia Central School will host a girls basketball camp Monday, June 24 to Thursday, June 27 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The cost of the camp is $95 per camper or $80 if paid by June 1. Those who send five or more students from the same school and send in their applications together can deduct $10. It is open to all girls entering grades 3-12.
Each player is expected to arrive between 8:30 and 8:55 a.m. The camp will start promptly at 9 a.m. Athletes are expected to bring their own lunch. There will be cold pop, water and Gatorade for sale at lunch time and at the end of the day. All athletes should have their ride pick them up at 3:30 p.m. All parents are welcome to come to the awards ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday.

Joy Golf Tournament Moved to Gowanda CC
The Russell J. Joy Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit TLC Health Network has switched locations and will be played at Gowanda Country Club, 2623 Brown Street, Collins on Wednesday, August 28. Registration is set for 11 a.m. and tee-off is set for noon.

Gowanda Youth Soccer Begins June 3
The Gowanda Youth Co-ed Soccer Program will begin on Monday, June 3.
Instruction, drills and scrimmage games will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on five consecutive Monday nights ending July 1.
Students currently in grades K-6 are eligible to participate.

The Fredonia Central School All Sports Boosters Club will hold its annual awards night on June 5 in the High School auditorium.
Awards will be presented to recognize jayvee and varsity athletes for their performances during fall, winter and spring sports. Scholarships will be awarded as well, as all jayvee and varsity student athletes, and their parents, are encouraged to attend.
