The four subjects were taken to Sheriff's Patrol Headquarters in Chestnut Ridge Park for questioning. After lengthy questioning by Sheriff's Office detectives, Sean Guthrie, age 20 of East Lovejoy Street; Jeremy Agosto, age 21 of Greene Street; a 19-year old male and a 17-year old male were arrested. All four subjects were charged with second-degree attempted burglary in the second degree, a class D felony),and taken to the Erie County Holding Center to await arraignment.
