.....The College at Brockport, SUNY, has awarded scholarships to members of its incoming freshman class who have demonstrated academic excellence. These students include David Carlson of Cassadaga and Zachary Torain of Dunkirk, who were both awarded the Dean's Scholarship. Brockport awards three different types of scholarships to its incoming freshmen. Freshmen must live on-campus in order to be considered for the awards. Brockport's Dean's Scholarship goes to freshmen who are in the top 25 percent of their class, have a 90 or higher average and scored either an 1,100 or higher on their SAT exam or 24 or higher on their ACT exam.....
