Fredonia DayHab brings gifts to St. Vincent’s Home

June 21, 2013
The OBSERVER

The residents of St. Vincent's Home in Dunkirk were recently given a donation of silk flower arrangements that were made by the participants at the Fredonia DayHab Center. They brought seven beautiful arrangements of all types and sizes to brighten the rooms at the facility. They had tags attached that noted "Lovingly handmade by the Fredonia DayHab." Two of the creators of the arrangements visited St. Vincent's to hand-deliver the presents. They were accompanied by center staff member. They presented the gifts and visited with the residents. St. Vincent's residents thought it was a lovely way to use their creativity to enhance the lives of other seniors. Many thanks were extended to the Fredonia DayHab participants and staff.
