Charles Fried to give ninth annual Robert H. Jackson Lecture on the Supreme Court

CHAUTAUQUA - Chautauqua Institution's 9th annual Robert H. Jackson Lecture on the Supreme Court of the United States, co-sponsored by the Robert H. Jackson Center, will be given by Charles Fried, Beneficial Professor of Law at Harvard University, on July 9 at 4 p.m. at the Institution's Hall of Philosophy. Professor Fried's topic will be "Reason and Passion: The Contingent and the Timeless in Supreme Court Decision Making."
