Jamestown man facing several charges in Stockton
The County Sheriff's Office received a vehicle complaint on Route 60 in the village of Cassadaga. A short time later, deputies on patrol observed the suspect vehicle traveling on Putnam Road. The vehicle was stopped for reported violation of numerous vehicle and traffic laws. The operator was reportedly found to be intoxicated and subsequently taken into custody for processing. He provided a breath sample that was reported to be .18 percent or greater. A check of Garbart's privileges to operate a motor vehicle in New York state revealed a suspended license for a previous incident leading to the unlicensed operation charge.
Garbart was released on appearance tickets and is to answer charges in the Town of Stockton Court at a later date.
Stockton man remanded to County Jail
Dellahoy was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree obstructing governmental administration after Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a fight. Dellahoy allegedly smashed a cell phone on the pavement in front of deputies. After being detained, he reportedly physically obstructed officers using physical force. After being secured in a patrol vehicle, he reportedly attempted to kick the windows out.
Dellahoy was arraigned in the Town of Stockton Court and secured in the Chautauqua County Jail.
Sherman man, 21, committed to County Jail
At 5:10 a.m.,Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to 1725 French Creek Mina Road where a homeowner reported a subject in the residence. Reportedly, Crane entered the home without permission and was detained until deputies arrived. Crane was taken into custody without incident.
He was arraigned in the Town of French Creek Court. His bail is set a $5,000 cash / $10,000 property.
Portland man charged with DWI
At about 2:40 a.m. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies reportedly observed and heard a vehicle traveling on Lake Avenue with a discernibly loud and leaking exhaust system. The deputies stopped the vehicle driven by Austin. Reportedly, Austin was intoxicated.
He will appear in the Village of Brocton Court at a later date.
Sheridan man charged with disorderly conduct
Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were handling a complaint on Route 20 when Balzer reportedly became disorderly after learning police action could not be taken for his complaint at the present time. Balzer allegedly used obscene language in a public location while other patrons were in the area.
Balzer was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Sheridan Court and is scheduled to appear there at a later date.
Gerry man jailed after domestic incident
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, Samuelson was involved in a domestic altercation during which he caused injury to another in front of minor children.
Samuelson was arraigned in the Town of Stockton Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail. He is to return to court at a later date.
