JAMESTOWN - Jamestown lifted its overall record to 4-4 and 4-2 in CCAA West I girls high school volleyball by taking three games from Fredonia (2-3, 3-5), 25-10, 25-11, 25-23, on Tuesday.
Becky Rew led the way with 10 assists and three aces, Jessica Pace added three kills and three aces and Ally Boskat four kills and two blocks for the Lady Red Raiders.
Makenzie Tarnowski had three kills, two blocks and two aces in the loss.

Jamestown also swept the junior varsity match by scores of 25-9, 25-12, and 25-18.

SINCLAIRVILLE - Jenna Einink had 10 kills, three digs and two blocks to lead Chautauqua Lake (7-0, 5-0) to a three-set sweep of CCAA West II foe Cassadaga Valley (1-9, 1-4) on Tuesday during girls volleyball action at Cassadaga Valley High School.
The Lady Thunderbirds won by scores of 25-18, 25-8 and 25-8 as Ashton Albanesius charted five kills, four digs an ace and a block in the win and Kylee Braymiller chipped in five digs and, three kills and an ace.
Also for Chautauqua Lake in the win, Katie Meadows had seven assists, two kills, two aces and a block, Tara Hunt had five digs, five assists, four aces and two kills and Katie Doyle added five digs and four assists.
For Cassadaga Valley, Hope Zielinski had four kills an ace and a dig, Heather Dorler had six digs and a block and Alyssa Hahn charted four assists and an ace.
