Growing up on Robin Street in the '50s and '60s was a wonderful experience with many mothers baking and cooking homemade meals and goodies.
One such beautiful woman was Mrs. Jean Hammond. She was a caring, loving mom, a compassionate nurse, a loving wife, a caregiver to her mom, a neat housekeeper, a best friend to many and had a contagious sense of humor and always a twinkle in her eye!
Her faith was also a most important part of her life. For all these reasons, I remember and honor Mrs. Jean Hammond.
