City contest winners announced

Pictured are the overall winners in the city of Dunkirk Youth Bureau and Recreation Commission “What Thanksgiving Means to Me” poster contest for children in grades K-5. Each grand-prize winner received a free large pizza and pitcher of pop from Pizza Village while each winner received a small pizza and pop. From left are grand prize winners Maximus Sturniolo (K-1 from NCCS), JamPaul Serrano (2-3 from No. 4 School) and Makayla Pasierb (4-5 from No. 7 School). Class winners from the schools are also listed. NCCS: Maximus Sturniolo (K-1), Shaness Burgoss (2-3) and Cece Strong (4-5). Central Christian Academy: Giada Kirell (K-1) and Noah Benjamin (2-3). No. 3 School: Justin Rosario (K-1), Quanyay Thomas (2-3) and Danielle Sullivan (4-5). No. 4 School: Daylani Taylor (K-1), Tikarah Thomas and JamPaul Serrano (2-3) and Paige Winford (4-5).
