The wedding celebration uniting Julie Ann Fedyszyn and Charles Allen Kuell took place on Saturday, August 31, 2013, at the Ellman Estate in Dunkirk..
Crystals adorned the outside ceremony as the bride was escorted by her father. Judge Richard Saletta officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of John and Darlene Fedyszyn of The Villages, Fla. The groom is the son of Carol (the late Charles) Kuell of Silver Creek.

The bride wore a designer diamond white gown and fingertip length veil embellished with crystals. She carried a bouquet of white roses, blue hydrangeas, crystal ribbon and a rosary in memory of her Nana, Milly Wolfe.
The bride chose Cynthia Ellman as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jordyn Bartkowiak, daughter of the bride, friends Barbie Zmuda and Cheryl Thomas and Laura Lazarczyk, cousin of the bride. Laci Ann Delcamp, cousin of the bride, was flower girl. The attendants wore midnight blue dresses in their own unique styles.
Michael Saletta was the best man. Groomsmen were Tyler Kuell, son of the groom, J.J. Rafan, son of the bride, and friends James Beam and James Ellman. Jack McIlvain, nephew of the bride, and Wyatt Lingsweiler, nephew of the groom, were ring bearers. Blake Frey and Brandon McIlvain greeted the guests.
An outdoor reception was held at the Ellman Estate. The bride's godmother, Julie Schrantz, made the wedding cake.
The bride is a graduate of Fredonia Central High School, Hilbert College and the University of Buffalo. She is employed at Lakeview Shock CF as an Offender Rehab Coordinator. The groom attended Silver Creek High School, Jamestown Community College and served in the United States Army. He is self-employed at Charles A. Kuell Property Maintenance.
The couple is at home in Fredonia after enjoying a honeymoon in Napa Valley, California.
