Man found sleeping in parked vehicle

has been charged
SHERIDAN - A Stockton man who was found asleep behind the wheel while parked in his vehicle has been charged.
Chad D. Jaquith, 33, of Stockton was charged with parking on pavement, driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI early Sunday morning.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to Center Road at Route 39 at 12:55 a.m. for the report of a vehicle parked on the roadway.
Jaquith had allegedly stopped at the stop sign and was sleeping in the driver's seat with his foot on the brake and the vehicle was in drive.
Deputies woke up Jaquith, who was found to be allegedly intoxicated.
He was released to appear in Sheridan Town Court at a later date.

A computer check showed that Slater had no driver's license. It had been revoked and was suspended in New York State.
Slater was also found to be in possession of marijuana.
He was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was arraigned in the Town of Randolph Court and released, to appear on Thursday.
