Janice L. Delcamp, 55, of Silver Creek died Saturday morning (Jan. 18, 2014) at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk.
She was born Sept. 5, 1958 in Dunkirk, the daughter of the late Donald and Louisa (Call) Davidson.
A lifelong Silver Creek resident, Mrs. Delcamp was a graduate of Silver Creek High School, Class of 1976.
She was employed as a cake decorator for Tops Markets in Silver Creek.
Janice sang in many choirs and was well known for her singing ability.
She was a lay speaker in the Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin B. Delcamp; one daughter, Melissa Wells of Mayville; two sons, Jason Delcamp and Nathan Delcamp, both of Silver Creek; one step-son, Christopher Suppo of Jamestown; two sisters, Zoe (John) Milliman of Fredonia and Sarah (David) Allen of Gowanda; two brothers, Paul (Sue) Davidson of Leroy and Alan (Meg) Davidson of Wilmington, De; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Monday at 5 p.m. in Christ Chapel Wesleyan Church, 60 Buffalo Street, Silver Creek. Pastor Michael Leamon and Pastor Molly Golando will officiate. Calling hours will be held Monday one hour prior to the service from 4 to 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sheridan or Forestville Fire Department's or a charity of one's choice.
