WESTFIELD - Anna M. (Suppo) Seminatore, age 87, a resident of St. Columban's on the Lake, formerly of Colburn Street, West-field, NY, died Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Buffalo General Hospital after being stricken at home.
Anna was born on December 16, 1926 in Brocton, NY, the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (MottaFre) Suppo. Mrs. Seminatore was a member of St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church and a Life member of the Altar and Rosary Society
She was a Westfield resident most all her life, except for her early years when she resided in Brocton. Anna was a 1944 graduate of Brocton High School and a 1946 graduate of Bryant and Strattan Business College in Buffalo.

She had been employed for several years as a Claim Representative for Welch Foods in the Westfield main offices. Mostly though, Anna was a dedicated homemaker who loved gardening, reading, sewing and cooking for and caring for her family.
Survivors include her son, Joseph (Erin) M. Seminatore of Westfield, NY; her two granddaughters, Joanna and Rhiannon Seminatore, also of Westfield; and her brother, Peter M. Suppo of Brocton, NY.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Joseph F. Seminatore, whom she married on August 9, 1952 in Brocton and who died on April 29, 2006; by her daughter, Joanna M. Seminatore who died on May 15, 1985 and by her brother, Henry B. Suppo.
Friends may call on Wednesday, January 29 from 5-8 PM at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton Street, Westfield, NY, and are invited to at-tend a Mass of Christian Burial to be held on Thurs-day, January 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church, 15 Union Street, Westfield, NY with Father Joseph Walter officiating. Private burial will be in St. James Cemetery. A Parish Rosary will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 5 PM.
