SILVER CREEK - During the Silver Creek Board of Education meeting held Jan. 22 there were some new people appointed and acknowledged.
An acknowledgment of the Eugene Burgess Memorial Scholarship Fund has been approved. Burgess had been a life long supporter of the school district.
