The Cassadaga Valley Youth Soccer program is holding required online registration for all players and coaches. Visit www.cvyouthsoccer.com and click the registration link at the top of the home page. Online registration is currently open and runs through April 30.
Although in-person registration will still take place, all players, coaches and referees are required to register online.
The in-person registration will take place Tuesday, April 22 from 6-8 p.m. at the Sinclairville Library. A $10 late fee will be applied after April 30.
The cost is $35 per player up to three players. Additional children cost $25. Make checks payable to Cassadaga Valley Youth Soccer or pay online with a credit card.
Birth certificates are required for any new player. The certificate can be emailed to email@example.com. Uniform samples will not be available. Refer to the sizing chart online.
Anyone interested in coaching must complete an online registration and pass the mandatory background check. They must also attend one of the mandatory coaches meetings. Coaches meetings will be held twice to ensure complete participation. The dates and times of those meetings are yet to be announced.
Referees must also complete an online registration and pass the mandatory background check. A mandatory meeting will be announced in the near future.
The league will be accepting team sponsors through Ma 12 and will accept donations anytime. For more information, contact Ron Barker at 985-5950.
His Way Archers to hold annual
Iron Man Shoot
His Way Archers will hold its annual Iron Man Shoot on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The fee for shooting is $15 and the event consists of a 30-target 3-D round, a 600 round of Spot Shooting and 301 on an archery dart board.
His Way Archers is located at 31 Water Street, in Jamestown.
Westfield Baseball Chicken and Biscuit Dinner Scheduled
The Westfield varsity baseball team will hold a chicken and biscuit dinner and Chinese auction on Sunday, March 23 from 2-6 p.m. at the Westfield Methodist Church.
Tickets are $8 and will help with the team's upcoming trip to Myrtle Beach and the Mingo Bay Tourney.
