Sentencing in Cattaraugus Indian Reservation case rescheduled
The sentencing of Cody Testerman, 23, in Erie County Court has been rescheduled. The sentencing was scheduled for today. Testerman pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and could face up to 25 years in prison. Testerman pleaded guilty in the murder case of his half-brother, 20-year-old Jesse Seneca who was found dead near a dirt road off Route 438 in July 2012. Jasmine Rios, 19, also pleaded guilty in connection to the murder of her ex-boyfriend. She was charged with second-degree conspiracy and two counts of first-degree hindering prosecution. She is scheduled to be sentenced April 9.
