Marguerite Manuel, 93, of Dunkirk died Thursday morning (April 17, 2014) at the Absolut Care of Westfield.
She was born Feb. 11, 1921 in Dunkirk, the daughter of the late Salvatore and Celia (Tenamore) Fulia.
A lifelong Dunkirk resident, Mrs. Manuel had been employed at Loblaws Inc. in Dunkirk as a head cashier/office manager.
She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church.
Survivors include her sister, Carmen Martino of Buffalo; nieces and nephews Richard R. (Yvonne) Leone of Fredonia, NY, Francine Martin of Ocala, Fla., Thomas Leone of Berry Creek, Calif., Maureen Smyth of Buffalo, NY and Maria (Joseph) Orlando of Atlanta, Ga.; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Manuel; and her sister, Marie Leone.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in Holy Trinity Church at a date and time to be announced. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
