Tulip time

May 7, 2014
Observer Today

Red tulips are starting to bloom near the entrance to School 4 in Dunkirk. They were planted in October 2012 during Red Ribbon week by students at the school with the help of maintenance mechanic Tom Tarnowski. At the time, principal Kimberlee Texter said the flowers would come up each spring and would remind the students of their drug free promise.
