County real estate sales include Italian American building in Jamestown
A building that housed a popular Italian American club in the south county has been sold. The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Sept. 3-6. During that time period, Marco Polo Club Inc. of Jamestown sold 1035 and 1027-1029 East Second St., Jamestown to Lipari Holdings, LLC of Jamestown for $120,000.
