A woman is suing the village of Brocton, its fire department and Chautauqua County over an April 2 traffic accident. Toni Rodriguez, represented by well-known Buffalo attorneys The Barnes Firm, filed suit Nov. 20 in state Supreme Court. The filing alleges that a vehicle operated by William Hussey, who is also named as a defendant in the suit, hit another car driven by Rodriguez on April 2.
