A farm has purchased nearly $3.5 million worth of property in the southern end of the county. The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Oct. 16-28. During this time period, Lindell NY Farms, LLC of Jamestown purchased five parcels in Busti and three parcels in Kiantone for $2,468,800. The parcels in Kiantone are on Bacon Road and Norby Road.
