Stephen and Carol (Ark) Waugh of Fredonia are celebrating their 50th anniversary. The couple was married Aug. 14, 1971, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Silver Creek. They are the parents of Tara Graham, Melanie Waugh and Mindy Lucas and grandparents of Tyler and Alexander. An anniversary dinner was held in Buffalo.
