SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on Oct. 22 with 21 members in attendance. President Sally Conover opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag and all singing God Bless America. Chaplain Pauline Flitt read “Easy to Love” and offered a blessing on those present and the lunch of hot dogs, salad, baked beans and dessert. Sally entertained with jokes.

The 50-50 winners were Judy Hahn, Norra Carroll and Eleanor Lemiszko. Winners of the door prizes were Sally and Pauline. Wheel of Fortune lucky winners included: Janice Snyder, Jan Polisoto, Annette Hoeber, John Czuba, Gene Chesbro and Earl Sheeler. Sally called bingo and the winners were: Lorrie Newman (twice), Eleanor (twice), Pauline, Joan Militello, Annette, Sally Shevlin, Ginny Chesbro and Ruth Sheeler.

Come in costume Tuesday as the group celebrates Halloween with pizza and other goodies, $2 per person. The senior group meets every Tuesday at 1 p.m. Call Lorrie for information at 716-785-1074.
