James Dobek and Mary Dobek of Jamestown have announced the engagement of their daughter, Abigail M. Dobek, to Justin D. Love. Love is the son of Charles Love and Daphane Shoenthel of Syracuse and is the wonderful father to his son, Jaxson Love, and daughter, Maliyah Stone.

The couple met through their employer, the United States Postal Service. It was love at first sight.

She is a 2017 graduate of Frewsburg High School and attended both Jamestown Community College and Fredonia State University. She is employed as a letter carrier for the city of Dunkirk.

He is a 2009 graduate of Cicero-North Syracuse High School and attended Onondaga Community College. He is employed as a letter carrier for the village of Fredonia.

The couple resides in Sinclairville. A fall 2025 wedding is planned.
