Georgiana (Gia) Knott

Georgiana (Gia) Knott is a junior at Cassadaga Valley Middle/High School, and has been chosen as Cassadaga Legion Auxiliary Unit 1280’s candidate for the American Legion’s Empire Girls State for 2025. Gia maintains a GPA of 91.7%, and is described as an exceptional student and peer with an insatiable drive. Gia plays the flute in the high school band, participates in the school musicals, studies cosmetology through BOCES, and enjoys artwork. Gia looks forward to this experience and furthering her knowledge of our state government, when she joins hundreds of other high school juniors from around New York State at SUNY Brockport from June 30 to July 6.
