CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ RIPLEY — Matthew Dudley, 36, of Ripley was charged with trespass and Matty Hamilton, 33, of Ripley was charged with second-degree trespass Sunday at 8:30 a.m. after deputies responded to an address of North State Street for a trespassing complaint.

¯ CHERRY CREEK — Christopher White, 59, of Cherry Creek was charged with second-degree harassment Saturday at 7 p.m. for allegedly threatening a person in the town of Cherry Creek.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

¯ Keanu C. Perez, 21, of East Second Street, Jamestown, was charged with third-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration at 7:54 p.m. Sunday after police officers responded to the Lakewood Walmart for a reported domestic incident. According to a police report, Perez allegedly had a confrontation with a person inside the store and then in the parking lot, allegedly kicking a vehicle and damaging a cell phone in the parking lot while the other person was inside of a car. Perez was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

¯ Claude T. Wine Jr., 28, was charged with second-degree assault, aggravated criminal contempt and aggravated family offense at 3:59 p.m. Sunday after allegedly hitting a person with a lead pipe. The other person was taken to UPMC Chautauqua for treatment. Wine allegedly violated an order of protection against the other person. He was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail until arraignment.
