— Nayshaly Otero, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— William Tolbert, 57, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.
— Luis Gomez Pacheco, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 26 and charged with suspended registration and operating without insurance,
— Christopher Thomas, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with trespass.
— Alyssa Loveland, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Loveland was also arrested Aug. 31 and charged with another count of second- degree criminal contempt.
— Anthony Morales-Torres, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and six vehicle and traffic law infractions.
— Luis Hernandez-Roman, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and five vehicle and traffic law infractions.
— Jodi Messere, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Molly Lucas, 66, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
— John Rosado-Barrios, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration, operating without insurance, and unlicensed operator.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
— PERRYSBURG — At about 7:39 p.m. Sunday, a deputy observed a vehicle performing doughnuts and burnouts on Peck Hill Road. A traffic stop was conducted and the operator was identified as Matthew Loretto, 20, of Forestville. Two juvenile passengers also were in the vehicle during the stop. Loretto was taken into custody for two counts of reckless endangerment, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless driving and many vehicle and traffic violations. He will answer charges Oct. 24 in town court.
