DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Elyzia Tirado, 25, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating without insurance, and uninspected motor vehicle.
— Edward Tirado, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating with suspended registration, operating without insurance, and unlicensed operator.
— Abimael Garcia Virella, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and five vehicle and traffic law infractions.
— Juan Cruz Corraliza, 41, of Dunkirk, was hit with 16 vehicle and traffic law infractions, as well as a noise ordinance violation, on Sept. 5.
— Jean Villafane-Mathews, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Alexander Santiago, 49, homeless, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny.
— Morgan Gennock, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Brett Skubis, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with third-degree assault.
— Juan Mendez, 50, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated and four vehicle and traffic law infractions.
— Brittany Jones, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Marcus McCall, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with trespass.
— Luis River-Hernandez, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and petit larceny.
— Cody Wiedenhofer, 20, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept.12 and charged with two counts of third-degree assault, and single counts of third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Robert Ryen, 53, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration, failure to comply, and no or inadequate lights.
— Jenaivive Pagan, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Janelle Jasinski, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.
— Jennifer Hite, 43, of Silver Creek, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with petit larceny.
— Maria Gill, 59, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, operating with suspended registration, and three vehicle and traffic law infractions,
— George Prim III, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Shyron A. Campbell, 39, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and petit larceny after officers responded to an east side address for a reported domestic incident at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, Campbell had left the scene by the time officers arrived. During the incident Campbell allegedly punched another person in the stomach and pushed the person into a door frame during an argument. Shyron also allegedly stole the victim’s wallet off of a table containing multiple credit cards. While speaking with the other person, Campbell allegedly returned to the scene driving with a suspended driver’s license. Campbell was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
