— Genesis Resto Rodriguez, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no or inadequate lights.

— Felipe Otero, 20, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a single count of second-degree criminal contempt.

— Anthony Morales-Torres, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and disorderly conduct.

— Alejandro Gonzalez-Virola, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

— Jean Maldonado, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with suspended registration and operating without insurance.

— Ethan Lapp, 43, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and obstruction of governmental administration.

— Jamel Hall, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and criminal obstruction of breathing.

— Calvin Kinsey, 35, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Mikel McFadden, 22, of Webster, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and two vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Jason Rosas, 40, homeless, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and single counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment.

— Frederick Gutekunst, 33, homeless, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

— Jetchuan Reyes, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
