— Yajaira Herrera-Hernandez, 46, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and four vehicle and traffic law violations.

— Austin Lopez, 27, of Buffalo, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with second-degree menacing.

— William Taft, 46, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with disorderly conduct.

— Ryan Reading, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with disorderly conduct.

— Dillon Smith, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with petit larceny.

— Xavier Rodriguez, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with petit larceny.

— Julie Kelsey, 30, of Fredonia, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
