DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Mark Szocki, 63, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with petit larceny. He was also arrested Nov. 9 and charged with petit larceny.

— Julio Cruz-Hernandez, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Wilfredo Hernandez-Mercado, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Filemon Herrera-Diaz, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no or inadequate lights.

— Antony Alvarez, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Jonathan Gonzalez Colon, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.

— Frank Oliveras, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.

— Samantha Barron, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 8 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Steven Raynor, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Wayna Barber, 60, of Fredonia, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no stop lamps.

— Miguel Fernandez, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Jose DeLeon-Santiago, 53, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Davon McCall, 20, of Brocton, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

— Yajaira Herrera Hernandez, 46, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Jean Mathews-Villafane, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment.

— Johnny Robinson, 56, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and speeding in a school zone.

— Francisco Roman, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and trespass.

— Christopher Stercula, 35, of Fredonia, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with petit larceny.

— Zachary Scott, 37, homeless, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with petit larceny.

— Thomas Majkowski, 49, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with petit larceny.

— Victoria Rodriguez Vazquez, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 17 and charged with operating with suspended registration, operating without vehicle interlock, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and operating without insurance.

— Carlos Figueroa, 49, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

CHAUTAUQUA — At around 5:30 p.m. Nov. 16, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle accident on Plank Road. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Rusty Ernewein, 51, of Randolph. Further investigation found Ernewein to be driving while intoxicated.

Ernewein was charged with DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failing to keep right. Ernewein will answer for his charges later.
