CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
HANOVER – Leonela Soto, 39, of Dunkirk was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, unsafe lane change, and improper or unsafe turn without a signal following a traffic stop around 5:45 p.m. on Routes 5&20. She will answer to the charges in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
–Miguel Ruiz-Monica, no age listed, of Olean, was arrested Dec. 4 and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree menacing.
— Kevin Dejesus Rivera, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with petit larceny.
— Erica Lindgren, 27, homeless, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with two counts of second-degree harassment and a single count of petit larceny. Lindgren was arrested again later on Dec. 6, and that time she was charged with another count of petit larceny.
— Alexander Santiago, 49, homeless, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with petit larceny.
— Steven Raynor, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 8 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Shaunn Boyd, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating with suspended registration, and unlicensed operator.
— Raymond Deland, 58, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and no headlamps.
— Dillon Smith, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
