— Jashawn Couser, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 3 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Matthew Weber, 32, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and second-degree harassment.

— Zuleymi Heyliger-Martinez, 34, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

— Jonathan Velez-Hernandez, 46, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.

— Elizabeth Fores, 57, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with issuing a bad check.

— William Pagan, 69, of Dunkirk,was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with petit larceny.

— Sandro Rodriguez, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with petit larceny.

— Joseph Perez, 52, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Robert Allen, 49, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 9 and charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal tampering, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief.

— Alegria Solares, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 10 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

— Dorothy Kleckner, 34, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 11 and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and petit larceny.

— Dante Ardillo, 23, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and unlicensed operation.

— Kimberly Ingram, 51, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Kathryn Callahan, 35, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
