JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Vanessa M. Braun, 43, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment.

Around 10:57 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a west side address for a stabbing. During the investigation, it was determined that Braun did get into a dispute and stab a male in the neck twice with a knife. The male did sustain serious physical injury resulting from the incident. Braun was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail without incident. She was held in the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.

— Sabir Mutasim Habeeb Collins, 24, of Jamestown, was charged with three counts of first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal contempt and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Around 12:30 a.m. Thursday, officers were on patrol in the area of North Main Street and West 12th Street. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after observing traffic violations. Officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle, Collins. A subsequent investigation determined that Collins had suspended state driving privileges. He additionally had active warrants from the Jamestown City Court for several order of protection violations.

During the course of the traffic stop, Collins called the victim, who is the protected party, in an order of protection. Officers placed Collins in custody and he was held pending arraignment.

— Sandra L. Pavlock, 45, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. At around 8 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an address on the South side of Jamestown for the report of a burglary. Upon arrival officers confirmed that the residence was condemned by the city of Jamestown. Officers Pavlock inside the residence and arrested her without incident. She was also found to have multiple outstanding warrants of out Jamestown Police Department. Pavlock was transported to the city jail, where she was being held pending arraignment.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Trista Hammond, 23, of Sinclairville, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and insecure plate.

— Nathaniel Hollins, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with disorderly conduct.

— Jason Ramos, 44, of Las Vegas, Nev., was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with operating while impaired.

— Sandro Rodriguez, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and failure to stop at stop sign.

— Serafin Rivera, 54, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with disorderly conduct.

— Scott Randall, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 16 and charged with second- degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment.

— Elba Estrada, 60, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct and a noise ordinance violation.

— Vanessa Stevens, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Timothy Banach, 66, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content of .08% or more, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Andrew Betts, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a single count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

— Mateo Janczylik, 21, of West Seneca, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with driving with suspended registration.

— Kyle Perry, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, petit larceny, unlicensed operator, and inadequate brake light.
