CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– GERRY – Toni Long, 35, and Robert Johnston, 33, both of Sinclairville were both charged on March 29 with second-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and petit larceny. It is alleged that Long and Johnston trespassed on private property on Damon Hill Road on more than one occasion, and took multiple items from the property while on scene without permission. They were released with appearance tickets and are to appear in the Town of Gerry Court at a later date and time to answer the charges.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Heather Gee, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no tail lamps.

— Kevin Dejesus-Rivera, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 28 and charged with petit larceny.

— Michael Corraliza Andujar, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 28 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and side windows non-transparent.

— Chelsea Gizowski, 32, of Forestville, was arrested March 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol content .08% or higher), and failure to keep right.

— Rosangela Gonzalez, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 29 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating without insurance.

— Christopher Stercula, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 29 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass (dwelling).

— Sparkelynn Oldebralski, 40, of Fredonia, was arrested March 29 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass (dwelling).

— Emanuel Pagan Rodriguez, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 29 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and five vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Arianna Thompson, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 30 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

— Jonathan Herdzik, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 30 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Erica Lindgren, 28, homeless, was arrested March 30 and charged with petit larceny.

— Paul Davis, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 31 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Jodi Messere, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 31 and charged with trespass.

— Leanne Moore, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 31 and charged with trespass.

— James Tilly, 45, homeless, was arrested March 31 and charged with trespass.

— Vanessa Smith, 45, homeless, was arrested March 31 and charged with trespass.

— Parish Moreland, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 1 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Dalton V. Kopp, 23, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and equipment violations at 2:53 a.m. Monday after officers responded to a north side address for a report of a motor vehicle accident that had just occurred. Officers were told that one of the vehicles involved had left the scene and found the vehicle a short distance away near Lincoln and East Fifth streets. Officers talked to one of the vehicle’s occupants and found Kopp was allegedly driving while intoxicated. Kopp was charged and taken to the city jail, where it was allegedly found his blood-alcohol content was almost twice the legal limit. Kopp was released to Jamestown City Court later.

– Scott F. Wynn, 50, of Jamestown was charged with resisting arrest at 5:29 p.m. Monday after officers conducted a warrant check at a south side residence for Wynn, who reportedly had an active arrest warrant from Jamestown City Court. While officers were attempting to make contact with the individuals inside of the residence, Wynn allegedly ran out of the home, resulting in a brief foot pursuit. Wynn was caught, resulting in the charge of resisting arrest. In addition to the city court warrant, Wynn was also allegedly wanted by the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. Wynn was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

ELLICOTT POLICE

– Simeon A. Leeper, 48, of Celoron was charged with first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree felony criminal mischief, resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, speeding and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock at 2:08 a.m. March 22 after an Ellicott police officer pulled a vehicle over for speeding in the area of Fairmount and Warwick avenues. Officers found Leeper’s driver’s license was revoked. Due to Leeper’s driving record, officers attempted to take Leeper into custody. Leeper resisted officers’ attempts to be placed inside a patrol vehicle and kicked an Ellicott officer’s hand, causing minor injuries, according to a police report, by pinning it against a patrol vehicle’s door. During Leeper’s transport to the Chautauqua County Jail, Leeper allegedly repeatedly kicked the rear door of an Ellicott patrol vehicle, causing significant damage to the patrol vehicle. Leeper was then taken to the Chautauqua County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment. Leeper will be in Ellicott Town Court later. Ellicott officers were assisted by the New York State Police, Lakewood-Busti Police Department and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

– William A. Karolyi, 42, of Falconer was charged with petit larceny at 10:50 a.m. Sunday after officers responded to a reported shoplifting in progress at the Dollar General, where it is alleged Karolyi placed merchandise in a backpack and left without paying for the items. Karolyi was ticketed and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

– AngelMay M. Boyer, 46, of Ellicott was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 12:11 p.m. Friday after officers responded to a criminal mischief complaint where it is alleged Boyer struck the front windshield of a person’s vehicle with a hammer, causing damage. Boyer was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

– Tyler T. Manelick, 28, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny and false personation on Sunday after Ellicott police responded to shoplifting at Target where it is alleged Manelick took store merchandise and left without paying for the items. Manelick also allegedly provided a false name to police officers on scene during the course of an investigation. Manelick will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
