DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Heather Gee, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no tail lamps.

— Kevin Dejesus-Rivera, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 28 and charged with petit larceny.

— Michael Corraliza Andujar, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 28 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and side windows non-transparent.

— Chelsea Gizowski, 32, of Forestville, was arrested March 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol content .08% or higher), and failure to keep right.

— Rosangela Gonzalez, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 29 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating without insurance.

— Christopher Stercula, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 29 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass (dwelling).

— Sparkelynn Oldebralski, 40, of Fredonia, was arrested March 29 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass (dwelling).

— Emanuel Pagan Rodriguez, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 29 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and five vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Arianna Thompson, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 30 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

— Jonathan Herdzik, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 30 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Erica Lindgren, 28, homeless, was arrested March 30 and charged with petit larceny.

— Paul Davis, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 31 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Jodi Messere, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 31 and charged with trespass.

— Leanne Moore, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 31 and charged with trespass.

— James Tilly, 45, homeless, was arrested March 31 and charged with trespass.

— Vanessa Smith, 45, homeless, was arrested March 31 and charged with trespass.

— Parish Moreland, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 1 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– HANOVER – Joeleen S. Stevens, 47, of Irving was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, reckless driving and disobeying a traffic control device. It is alleged that around 8:30 p.m. Stevens was driving on Route 20 in an intoxicated state and refused to obey Fire/EMS doing traffic control. She was later released with tickets to appear in the Town of Hanover court at a later date to answer to the charges.

– CHAUTAUQUA – Two people were injured Thursday morning in a motor vehicle accident on Stockton-Hartfield Road. According to deputies, the vehicle was occupied by Thomas M Badgley, 53, and Noel Luciano, 44, both of Jamestown. Both subjects were transported by North Lake Fire Department to UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pennsylvania for non-life threatening injuries. The investigation into the accident is on-going. Along with the North Lake Fire Department, the Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Chautauqua County EMS, Chautauqua County HAZMAT, and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstruction Team.
