Dyngus Day Dinner planned

A Dyngus Day Dinner will be held Monday, April 10, from 5-8 p.m. The dinner will include Crockskis’ pierogis, Polish sausage, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut and dessert at the Fire House on the Lake, 23 Jackson St., Silver Creek. Tickets are $15 and are available at the bar of the Fire House or call Laurie at 716-622-7485 or Mary Fran at 716-934-4107. The event is sponsored by the Hanover Democratic Club.

Retirees lunch to be held April 11

The Niagara Mohawk/National Grid Retirees will meet for lunch at noon on Tuesday, April 11, at the Point Restaurant, 296 Lakeshore Drive West. Reservations are required by calling Dorothy at 716-672-2682 or Jen at 716-785-8924. Applications for membership may be picked up at the lunch.
