The Fredonia-Pomfret Recreation Department is hosting its fourth annual “Trunk or Treat” on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Russell Joy Park. If members of a club or organization would like to bring a decorated vehicle for this fun event, please send an email to the Recreation Director at fredrec@nestync.net no later than Sunday, Oct. 20.

Dunkirk Memorial American Legion Unit 62 Auxiliary monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Post 62, 211 Central Ave. Meetings are now held the third Tuesday of the month. Current and new members are always welcome. Dues for 2025 are now payable in person at the Post, by mail, or online at http://www.deptny.org

Chautauqua County Ethics Board To Meet On Oct. 16

MAYVILLE – The Chautauqua County Ethics Board will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 1 p.m. in Room 331 of the Gerace Office Building, 3 N. Erie St.
