Three facing drug charges in Gowanda
GOWANDA — Three individuals are facing charges after a search warrant was executed late Thursday evening by members of the Southern Tier Regional Task Force.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department, officers arrived at 20 Frederick St. around 10:40 p.m. and were assisted by the county and Chautauqua County Special Response Team, Drug Enforcement Agents and the Gowanda Police Department. An investigation into the residence revealed the location was being used for the sale of illegal narcotics, including crack cocaine and paraphernalia.
Rose Seeley, 52, of Gowanda, Lawrence Fox, 42, of California, and Donald Pfaffenbach, 43, of South Dayton were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia. All three were released and will return to court later.
