A Silver Creek resident has been arrested for allegedly sexually exposing himself and sexually abusing another person more than a decade ago.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, 71-year-old Donald Thurston has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree public lewdness.

On Oct. 31, an investigation was conducted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. Through this investigation deputies allege that Thurston did expose himself to a victim. It is also alleged that around 2012, Thurston did make sexual contact with a different victim.
