3 face drug charges in Jamestown

Three Jamestown residents are facing drug charges after a search warrant was executed early Friday.

Narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Police Department, and Dunkirk Police Department executed a search warrant at 125 Harvard St. in Jamestown.

Inside the residence at the time of the search was Darren Mushat, 39, Crystal Graham, 44, and David Williams Sr., 56. As a result of the search, investigators seized 8.9 grams of methamphetamine and scales used for the sale and distribution of methamphetamine.

Mushat was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Graham was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Jamestown Police charged David Williams Sr. with second-degree criminal contempt and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Williams also had an arrest warrant for first-degree criminal contempt out of Jamestown Court. Graham was released with appearance tickets to appear in the City of Jamestown Court while Mushat and Williams were transported to Jamestown Court for arraignment.
