During the search, officers found two loaded handguns, heroin, cocaine and a large quantity of drug-packing materials. As a result, Tufino was charged with multiple counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (heroin), third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental administration and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
