Save The Fur Babies fundraiser event will take place Saturday at the Sheridan VFW.

SHERIDAN – The Glass Half Full, in coordination with Jenn Depasquale and the City of Dunkirk Animal Shelter, is asking for your help in their Save The Fur Babies fundraising event. This fundraising event will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sheridan VFW.

Proceeds will benefit the Dunkirk Animal Shelter and their desperate need for food, supplies and care for neglected dogs in Dunkirk.

There will be a cornhole tournament that starts at 9 a.m. and you can pre-register by calling Jenn at 716-680-5914, or just show up at 9 a.m. that day ready to play. There will also be a basket raffle, 50/50 raffle, food, and lots of fun.

If you can’t make the event, you can still help by donating raffle baskets, gift certificates, or dog food. Donations can be dropped off at the following businesses: Shults Resale of Dunkirk, Talisman Tattoo, Kravitz Tree Service, Fermentation Station, PremierListings Real Estate, and Goldsworthy Alterations.
