Steven A. Glenn

A Dunkirk man is in custody Friday afternoon on domestic-related and burglary charges.

Steven A. Glenn, 39, formerly of 15 N. Main St. in Dunkirk, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant charging him with two counts of second-degree assault stemming from a domestic incident that occurred earlier in the week.

Glenn was also a suspect in a burglary that was under investigation by the Dunkirk Police Department, and is now additionally charged with two counts of third-degree grand larceny along with the charge of second-degree burglary. All charges placed against Glenn are felonies under the New York state Penal Law.

Glenn is also under the supervision of New York State Parole and is being held without bail after his arraignment in Dunkirk City Court.
