Clerk of year named

The Chautauqua County Municipal Clerks Association recently met and announced the 2024 Clerk of the Year Amy Bellardo. She is the town clerk for Ellicott and was nominated for this award by her colleagues and peers in the Association. She is committed to continuing clerk education and known for her willingness to always help her fellow clerks.
